Summary & Impact

Binar learners often felt confused when choosing between Bootcamps, Webinars, or Video-based learning paths

My team and I successfully reduced the drop-off and uninstall rate since the release. This achievement was also supported by the engineering team, who ensured that the onboarding flow ran smoothly without issues.

Background & Context

High Drop-Offs

The onboarding process showed its highest drop-off at the learning preference stage. Instead of guiding learners, the flow created confusion and hesitation—preventing them from moving forward.

Getting a Feedback

In this mission I ask how easy it is for users to find the Product Management class. From the results of the data as much as 29% of users answered easy and 14% of users had difficulty. I conclude that the user is quite easy to find the Product Management class based on the preferences selected at the beginning.
